We read every mail, so send it our way.

Every week we receive a mountain of emails and we try our best to answer each and every one of them.

However, even though I’d love to personally reply to all of them, but there’s just not enough time.

So that being said, here’s something to keep in mind before you press send:

  1. Don’t send email to book for an appointment – I’ve gone through a lot of hell with my team and honestly, emails get burried really quickly. So please, book your appointment in our Reserve Page.
  2. Be specific – Please keep your email short and concise.
  3. Consulting request – I don’t mind answering and sharing some self-care tips, and I always send out these tips through newsletter when you subscribe to it. But if it’s becoming very specific regarding your condition, I’d need to see you in person and please book a time in our Reserve Page.
